YBWSA not born in a vacuum and without purpose. It is part of a movement of Muslims worldwide, and part and parcel of the struggle of the Indonesian nation. Principal Policy
In carrying out the mandate given, YBWSA set basic policies in managing the business, namely:
a. Policies in the Financial Sector

b. Policy in the Field of Human Resources (SDI)

Consisting of permanent and temporary employees an invaluable wealth owned by the Foundation. c. Physical Development Policy
All physical development environment implemented by Sector V YBWSA Development YBWSA after being declared eligible for the study Feasibility study by an independent consultant. Of the entire implementation of the construction carried out by YBWSA, financing not only from internal foundation but also in cooperation with external parties, especially Islamic Financial Institutions.
d. Efforts Waqf Development
As Vision YBWSA ie build a generation of Khaira Ummah, create a generation of master IMTAQ and science and technology that could be a solution and a mercy for the surrounding nature, then drafted the efforts to establish the direction to the front right and right to draw up a parent book entitled “Treatise Building generation Khaira Ummah “. This book is as ledger or as the basic principles to build generation Khaira Ummah. The preparation of the book is the result of an agreement of organ YBWSA (Trustees, Management and Supervisory), as well as the Chairman Unissula, Primary and Secondary Education Leadership, Leaders RSISA.
Besides contains the basic principles in building Generation Khaira Ummah, the book also contains about how to manage endowments. Where the management of waqf should be with faith and science, as well as the congregation (rows) is good. this is very fundamental, because endowments implies sustainability assurance Islamic struggle. Some of the policies pursued strategies are:
1. retain immortality benefit waqf property
2. develop waqf property benefits
3. transparency in the management of waqf property
4. accountable in the management of waqf
5. The network requires endowments (waqf networking)
