How satisfied are you with the quality of your life now, you can always learn new ways to get extra value for your own benefit and for the benefit of others. You do not have to make major changes in your life to reap the rewards; small changes can cause large increases over time.
By taking small actions every day you actually will see a big difference in your life. Manage your life better can cause you to have more time to do the things that you like, become more efficient and productive.
Five of the following ways, if you are committed to do so in earnest, will improve the quality of your life.
Goal setting is very important, because it allows you to find what you want out of life! By setting goals, you can see what you want to accomplish and then you can use these goals to remind yourself every day about what is meaningful in your life, and what you need to do on a regular basis to achieve these objectives. By writing down your goals and see it every day, you will organize your time better and see clearly the steps you need to take to achieve these goals.

Take Time for Yourself
You may have a busy life, whether it’s work, family and other commitments, so impossible it seems to take the time for yourself. The problem is when people who are very busy to have time to spare, they should feel guilty if you do something for themselves. A positive way to ensure that you are ready to use that time for your own interests is to set it up in the front.
Spend one hour for yourself. Write in your diary. If you do not have a diary then I suggest you buy one as soon as possible! You can also use your tablet or one of the many online facilities.
Treat yourself time to it as an important appointment and do not let you cancel just because there is a chance for you to do some extra work or help others. The danger here is that if you never give yourself time to do what you need to do, then you will always be chasing something and never feel satisfied.
Have and enjoy time to themselves not necessarily mean your hobbies, you just need to set your time to do the basic things you need to do to be happy. This will vary for each individual. For some people, this may mean having a clean home or ensure that they remain in contact with close relatives and friends.
Komitlah to take enough time for yourself, so that your life under control and you feel successful
