The existence of the resources for the organization is a necessity weeks to be able to grow and expand up the passage of time and global competition. It also became the main capital in the struggle YBWSA divided into three important suberdaya which is also the mandate of the people.

Human Resources (SDI) As the power of the entire motion-step core activities and business foundation in various fields, scattered all over the implementing agency and a unit under the auspices of YBWSA. Until the year 2013 the total number of employees who work in environments YBWSA (center) recorded 1,935 people and 13 447 learners an invaluable wealth owned by the Foundation.
Physical
Physical assets such as land, buildings, and other supporting equipment owned by the Foundation has been and will continue to be devoted to facilitate all activities of propaganda and education in order to gain maximum benefit for the community.
Until 2014, the foundation land area of 36.850 hectares, spread over four locations namely Kaligawe 34 712 ha (90%), Bangkong 6204 ha, and 2,992 ha Seroja, and Bedas 496 m2.
Approximately thirty-five (35) hectares of the Islamic Center of Integrated Area Kaligawe YBWSA in Semarang, in which there are places of worship, lecture building, schools, offices, hospitals, and supporting facilities,
